Oregon Coast Aquarium - Newport, OR
Marine Discovery Tours - Whale watch or deep sea fish from Newport, OR
Cape Perpetua Scenic Area - Best view on the Oregon Coast and in Yachats (pictured at the top of the page)
Heceta Head Lighthouse - Historic lighthouse just outside of Yachats. It is the most photographed lighthouse in the US. (pictured just above)
Sea Lion Caves - just south of Yachats - World's largest sea lion caves!
Sandland Adventures - just south of Yachats in Florence - Ride through sand dunes in a dune buggy

Tillamook Cheese Factory - 2 hours - Coastal town with a delicious cheese factory. Free samples and gift shop.
Crater Lake National Park - 4 hours - deepest lake in the United States (pictured above)
Astoria, OR and Cannon Beach, OR - About 3 hours - Neat little towns and filming locations for The Goonies and Short Circuit!
The Oregon Vortex and House of Mystery - 4 hours - area of naturally occurring visual and perceptual phenomena.
Willamette Valley Wineries - 1 hour and 45 minutes - 2 1/2 hours. Free wine tasting at most wineries.
